To ensure every client receives the best service experience, please review our deposit and consultation policies below: 📌 Deposits     •    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments(extension appointments deposit may vary).     •    Deposits are applied toward your total service balance on the day of your appointment.     •    If you are unable to attend your appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time only to a rescheduled appointment.     •    Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again. 📌 Consultations     •    Consultations are required for select services (e.g.,Extensions,color,braids/twist, and first-time clients).     •    A consultation ensures we understand your goals, hair needs, and any contraindications before beginning your service.     •    Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be applied to your booked service if scheduled within 14 days.     •    Clients who choose not to move forward with a service after consultation forfeit the consultation fee. 📌 Appointment Reminders     •    Courtesy reminders are sent by text/email. However, it is the client’s responsibility to remember their scheduled appointment.     •    Please arrive on time to avoid a shortened service or reschedule. 📌 No Exceptions These policies are in place to protect the time, preparation, and professionalism that goes into each service. By booking with Styles Beauty , you agree to these terms. Cancellation and No-Show Policy At ,we value your time and ask for the same respect in return. To provide the best experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: Appointment Cancellation • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment start time. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without providing notice will be charged a 100% no-show fee based on the scheduled service cost. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients. This will be considered a late cancellation and subject to the cancellation fee. Payment and Future Bookings • Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid before booking your next appointment. • Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay for future services.
